Getting help with step counting
- Make sure Physical Activity (Android) or Motion & Fitness (iPhone) is allowed for Steply in system settings.
- Keep your phone with you — in a pocket or hand — while walking.
- Steps taken before installing Steply can’t be recovered; counting starts once access is granted.
- Open Settings › About › Tracking Status in the app and include a screenshot in your email.
